Efficient Site Management at Coca-Cola HBC Thanks to Innovis Solution

Smooth and comfortable passage and movement throughout the premises without paperwork, along with a perfect overview of everything that happens in the area. All of this we have achieved for our significant client, Coca-Cola HBC.

Our client at their manufacturing plant in Prague's Kyje has long been burdened by several problems. It was necessary to automate the entry of vehicles and the loading of goods as much as possible without unnecessary administrative work. Imagine, for instance, that everyone had to undergo training upon entering the premises and sign a multi-page document on occupational safety and health and fire protection. And believe us, with such a massive volume of orders, the client really felt the administrative burden.

We proposed a simple yet sophisticated solution, which involves a camera system and the M2C Log software application driven by artificial intelligence for recording vehicle entry and personnel access only with the appropriate authorization.

As Petr Mařas, Asset Manager at Coca-Cola HBC, says, the result is the simplification of vehicle passage, the acceleration of their processing, and, most importantly, the client gained precise data used for perfect visit planning. Additionally, there is an increase in security and better site management.

We at Innovis highly value the trust of our client, and thanks to this collaboration, we are convinced that we have something to be truly proud of.
