Case Study – Autopalace Group
Auto Palace had long been looking for a supplier of a suitable technology solution to collect data on customer movement at their showrooms.

The Bratislava shopping center had long been lacking skilled receptionists with excellent qualifications for its office spaces. Simply put, they were not available on the job market. This led to high staff turnover and poor service operations.
MVGM Property Management Slovakia, which manages the building, asked us to thoroughly assess the situation. Based on this, we recommended the installation of e-Reception. And what was the outcome?
Our major contribution was that we can tailor the electronic receptionist precisely to the individual needs of our clients. We verified this with this project as well.
"According to the wishes of the clients, e-Reception at Shopping Palace can handle simple tasks like calling the office manager to more secure entry forms with identity verification using an ID card," says Erik Molčan, Senior Property Manager at MVGM in Slovakia.
Patrik Zúrik from the Slovak branch of our parent company M2C Slovakia adds: "We would like to thank our clients for their trust and the new ones for their commitment to the path of automation and process efficiency, which will save them costs."

The electronic receptionist (e-Reception) will automate and streamline the existing reception or entrance to the premises. It can fully or partially replace the usual reception processes such as checking in and identifying visitors, maintaining attendance books, video linking with people inside the building, issuing entry cards or generating QR codes.

With deep sadness and regret, we have been following the tragic event that occurred yesterday at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, in Prague. In such moments, there are no words that can adequately express our sorrow, and we would like to express our deepest condolences to all the bereaved. This tragedy should never have happened, serving as a stark reminder of the importance of ensuring the safety of our university communities. With deep sadness
